This verification process is in place to protect your account security and prevent fraud. Fund withdrawals may be delayed until KYC verification is fully completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawal of Funds

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xinn77 account login credentials, including your username and password. xinn77 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence.

• Use a strong and unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Never share your password with anyone, including xinn77 staff – we will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the xinn77 support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible remaining balance will be returned to you via your original deposit method.

• Accounts closed at the player's request for self-exclusion purposes cannot be reopened within the designated period.
